Limited Installation Systems Warranties cover all interior and exterior residential and commercial installation systems. The systems must be installed to industry and Custom Building Products (CBP) published specifications and use their full system of specified products. Surface preparation material selection is optional depending on project requirements. This warranty is not transferable and jobs over 464 m2 require pre-approval. Custom Building Products

Guarantee: To the original owner that our tile or stone installation system will be free from defects.
Remedy: Repair or replace defective area of the system. Labor, materials and tile included. Not to exceed original cost per m2.
Claims Procedure: If you wish to make a claim under this limited warranty, you must first notify CBP immediately in writing of any alleged defect of the installation. Write to our exclusive New Zealand Distributor, Global Tile Ltd PO Box 12504, Penrose Auckland 1642 Contact Us. On receipt of the written claim, Global Tile Ltd will forward it to Custom Building Products for evaluation before any repair work is done. CBP reserves the right to physically inspect any project with a claim pending prior to determining validity of the claim. Proof of purchase may be required. For any claim that is not valid, CBP will be paid reasonable charges, including travel and labour, associated with investigation of such claim.
